Return & Refund Policy

At Ibra Vision, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition

• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

• The item must not fall under non-returnable categories in section 3

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin:

• Email us at ibravisionae@gmail.com with your order number and item details

• You’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions

• Returns must arrive within 14 days of authorization

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn or damaged items

• Altered items

• Bikini bottoms or underwear

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, taxes, or duties

• If we’ve made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll be notified via email regarding approval

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

• To exchange for another size or color, follow the return process above

• Once the return is completed, you can place a new order

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos (ideally before opening)

• Keep all original tags and packaging intact

• Email us at ibravisionae@gmail.com within 7 days

• We’ll guide you through a replacement or refund process

8. Important Notes

• Returns made outside the policy timeline may be declined

• Unauthorized returns may be sent back or incur a 10% restocking fee

• All returns must follow the steps and instructions provided
